摘 要:H1和H2⁃抗组胺药分别是治疗过敏性疾病和胃食管返流病、胃和十二指肠溃疡等的主要药物,但部分抗组胺药会引起一些副作用,如镇静作用、心脏毒性和消化系统不良反应等.因此,有效地分析抗组胺药含量和选择合适的分析方法对于药物合成、药代动力学研究和优化药物治疗等具有重要意义.本文介绍了电子受体的分类,同时对近年来国内外基于荷移分光光度法测定不同抗组胺药含量的方法,包括吸收波长、摩尔吸光系数、线性范围、回收率和络合比等参数,以及各类抗组胺药的荷移反应的局限性进行总结和评述,为荷移分光光度法在其他药物分析中的应用奠定基础.H1 and H2⁃antihistamines are the main drugs for the treatment of allergic diseases,gastroesophageal reflux disease,and gastric and duodenal ulcers,respectively,but some antihistamines can cause side effects,such as sedation,cardiotoxicity and adverse reactions in the digestive system.Thus,the effective analysis of antihistamine content and the selection of appropriate analysis methods are of great significance for drug synthesis,pharmacokinetic studies,and optimization of drug therapy.This article introduced the classification of electron acceptors.Meanwhile,the methods for determining the content of different antihistamines based on charge transfer spectrophotometry at home and abroad in recent years were summarized and commented,including the absorption wavelength,molar absorptivity,linear range,recovery rate,and complex⁃ratio,as well as the limitations of charge transfer reaction of various antihistamines,which lays a foundation for the analysis of other drugs by charge transfer spectrophotometry.
