摘 要:肿瘤标志物检测具有操作便捷、非侵入性等优点,其结果可作为恶性肿瘤的诊断、疗效评估、复发及预后判断的重要依据.在诸多肿瘤标志物检测技术中,适配体传感器因其选择性好、灵敏度高等优点而备受关注.本文综述了近年来用于肿瘤标志物检测的适配体传感器研究进展,对该研究领域面临的挑战和未来前景进行了展望.Tumor marker detection is easy to operate and non⁃invasive.The results can be used for the diagnosis,evaluation and prognosis of malignant tumors.Among technologies for tumor marker detection,aptasensor has attracted much attention due to its good selectivity and high sensitivity.In this paper,the research progress of aptasensors for detecting tumor markers in recent years was reviewed,and the challenges and future prospects of this research field were also discussed.
