儿童肿瘤病房阳光书屋的创建与运行

摘　　要：目的探讨阳光书屋对肿瘤患儿负性情绪及家长照顾负担的影响,提升肿瘤患儿住院体验。方法收集肿瘤患儿住院心愿清单,创建阳光书屋,制定阳光书屋管理制度并招募志愿者,开展多媒体播放、绘画工作坊、志愿者阅读陪伴、团队心理辅导等活动。活动前后采用儿童社交焦虑量表、儿童抑郁量表、照顾负担量表分别对31例患儿及其家长进行调查。结果活动后患儿社交焦虑、抑郁评分及家长照顾负担评分显著低于活动前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论创建阳光书屋并开展一系列陪伴活动,可改善患儿住院期间焦虑恐惧,减轻陪伴家长的照顾负担。Objective To explore the influence of establishing a sunshine bookstore on psychological mood of children with cancer and the caregiver burden of parents,and to improve the experience of children during hospitalization.Methods A wish list was used to collect the wishes of hospitalized children with cancer,and a sunshine bookstore was established by the researchers.Later,a management system for the bookstore was created and volunteers were recruited.Then the researchers carried out a series of activities at the bookstore,including playing multimedia materials,hosting painting workshops,volunteer-assisted reading,and group-based psychological therapy,etc.Before and at completion of an array of activities,31 children were measured with the Children′s Depression Inventory and the Social Anxiety Scale for Children,and their parents with the Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview.Results At completion of the activities,the social anxiety scores,and depression scores of the children,and the caregiver burden scores of parents were significantly lower than before the activities(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Establishment of the sunshine bookstore and the launch of a series of accompanying activities lessened anxiety and fear of children during hospitalization,and reduced the caregiver burden of parents.
