摘  要:根据郭家河煤矿的采煤工艺和巷道布置,分析1308综放工作面采空区自燃"三带"分布特征,提出以"采空区遗煤控制、高抽巷降压控氧、端头封堵控氧、填充降温隔氧"为主的多方法协同治理技术思路,并在1308综放面进行了应用。通过封堵来降低漏风强度隔绝氧气,同时对采空区采取降温措施,对高抽巷进行降压,减少高抽巷对采空区的供氧,取得了较好的自然发火防治效果。This paper analyzed the distribution characteristics and risk factors of"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in goaf of 1308 fully-mechanized top coal caving face in Guojiahe Coal Mine.According to the coal mining technology and roadway layout of Guojiahe Coal Mine,it puts forward a multi method coordinated treatment technology idea,which is mainly based on"control of coal remaining in goaf,control of oxygen reduction by high extraction roadway,control of oxygen by end plugging and control of oxygen by filling and cooling".The control scheme has been applied in 1308 fully-mechanized top coal caving face of Guojiahe Coal Mine,which can reduce the air leakage intensity and oxygen isolation by blocking.At the same time,it can take cooling measures for the goaf,reduce the pressure of the high extraction roadway,reduce the oxygen supply to the goaf,and finally effectively control the coal spontaneous combustion accident,good results of natural combustion control were also obtained.
