摘 要:汽轮机的高压调节汽阀(以下简称GV)是蒸汽进入汽轮机做功的直接控制部件,在日常生产过程中实时调整发电负荷,保证AGC响应灵敏且准确,以满足电网用电需求;同时保证一次调频动作的精度,控制电能质量。GV流量特性曲线作为DEH调节系统的核心,其出现偏差将造成负荷摆动、调频动作幅度大且波动频繁等一系列问题。为解决存在问题,通过实施针对性优化措施实现安全、高效运行。The high-pressure regulating steam valve(GV)of steam turbine is a direct control part of steam entering the steam turbine to do work.In the daily production process,real-time adjustment of power generation load is carried out to ensure the accurate and sensitive response of AGC to meet the power demand of power grid;at the same time,the accuracy of primary frequency regulation action is guaranteed to control the power quality.As the core of DEH control system,the flow characteristic curve of high-pressure control valve will cause load swing when there is deviation,which will cause a series of problems such as large amplitude and frequent fluctuation of control valve.Through targeted optimization was carried out to solve the existing problems,so as to achieve safe and efficient operation.
