摘 要:火电厂输煤系统落煤筒堵煤故障是一个发生频率较高、解决较为困难的问题,制约着输煤系统的安全运行,严重时甚至可能导致锅炉炉膛断煤熄火。彭城电厂经多方调研,采用一种新型的防堵落煤筒,降低了堵煤故障发生率。运行实践表明,该装置可有效防止堵煤故障,提高输煤系统的工作效率和安全可靠性。The coal blocking fault of coal chute in coal conveying system of thermal power plant is a problem with high frequency and difficult to solve.It restricts the safe operation of coal conveying system,and even leads to the occurrence of coal cut-off and flameout in boiler furnace.How to reduce the occurrence of coal blockage and ensure safe operation is the problem that the operation and maintenance personnel of coal handling system need to solve.Therefore,according to the actual situation of Pengcheng Power Plant's coal conveying system,a new type of anti blocking and falling coal pipe was adopted as the solution.Through the operation effect of nearly half a year,it can effectively prevent the occurrence of coal blocking fault,and improve the working efficiency and safety and reliability of coal handling system.
