摘 要:葫芦堂煤矿主采4煤,平均煤厚10.56 m,属"三硬"煤层,已采4301工作面顶煤回收率仅为78%,远低于国标规定特厚煤层不少于97%的回收率要求。对此,经顶煤弱化方案比选,采用煤层注水方案,提高顶煤回收率。通过注水孔设计、参数计算、封孔方式选择等,对即将回采的大倾角4303工作面提前注水软化,回采过程中回收率提高至98%,社会经济效益显著。The main coal seam of Hulutang Coal Mine is No.4 coal seam.The average thickness of the coal seam is 10.56 meters.It is a"three-hard"coal seam.The top coal recovery rate of 4301 working face is only 78%,which is far lower than 97%,the national standard.In response to this problem,the top coal weakening schemes were compared and selected,and the coal seam water injection scheme was adopted to increase the top coal recovery rate.Through water injection hole design,parameter calculation,hole sealing mode selection,etc.,the 4303 working face with large dip angle to be mined was softened by water injection in advance,the recovery rate was greatly increased to 98%during the recovery process,and the social and economic benefits are significant.
