摘 要:选用耐高温PPS和PTFE长丝作为原料制备针织基布,将基布与丙纶非织造布进行针刺以制备复合滤料。对不同结构的复合滤料进行形貌观察、顶破强力和拉伸性能测试。结果表明针刺使复合滤料的力学性能有显著提升;双轴向复合滤料的顶破和拉伸等力学性能最佳。复合滤料具有耐高温的特性,可应用于高温过滤行业。The knitted base fabric was prepared by using high temperature resistant PPS and PTFE filament as raw materials,and the base fabric and polypropylene nonwoven fabric were needled to prepare composite fabrics.Morphological observation,bursting strength and tensile properties of the knitted fabrics,nonwoven fabrics and knitted needle-punched composite fabrics of different structures were tested.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composite fabric significantly improved by acupuncture;the mechanical properties of the knitted double-axial needle-punched nonwoven composite fabric were the best.The composite fabric also had high temperature resistance and could be used as a filter material in the high temperature filtration industry.
