摘  要:为探究聚甲醛纤维的可纺性能,利用HF41-01-4多功能纺纱小样机,通过调试包覆比例、捻向等条件,提出聚甲醛长丝输入前皮辊左偏移方案,试纺出聚甲醛/棉包芯纱,并对其各项性能进行测试。试验结果表明,包覆比例为3∶1、捻系数为470、线密度为58.00 tex的聚甲醛/棉包芯纱性能较为优异,具有表面平滑,疵点较少,耐高温、耐磨性能好等特点;后续小样织造中,单纱发生断裂和严重的“剥皮”,纱线质量仍需进一步改进。可以认为,在合适的工艺参数下,聚甲醛/棉包芯纱具有可纺性,从利润和应用空间来看,这一领域值得更多的探讨和研究。To explore the spinnability of POM fiber,the left offset scheme of the leather roll before the input of POM filament yarn was proposed and the sample of POM/cotton core-spun yarn was spun in the small multifunctional spinning prototype of HF41-01-4 by adjusting the covering ratio and twist direction,and its various properties were tested.The experimental results showed that the POM/cotton core-spun yarn with a covering ratio of 3∶1,a twist coefficient of 470 and a thread density of 58.00 tex had such excellent properties as smooth surface,few defects,high temperature resistance and good wear resistance.But in the subsequent sample weaving,the single yarn was broken and seriously“peeled”,and the yarn quality still needed to be further improved.This study showed that POM/cotton core-spun yarn had spinnality under appropriate process parameters,and this field was worthy of more discussion and research from the perspective of profit and application space.
