公益性科研机构农作物品种培育评价方法的思考与建议

摘　　要：对农作物品种培育工作的评价在农业科研评价中一直占有重要地位,随着行业发展和人民生活水平的提高,我国长期以来以年度通过审定品种等级和数量作为主要指标的评价方式与目前品种培育工作发展状况明显不相适应。文章结合我国现行农作物品种审定制度分析了农作物品种培育评价中存在的主要问题,提出了改进农作物品种培育评价工作的建议。The evaluation of crop variety cultivation has been playing an important role in agricultural scientific research evaluation.With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people′s living standards,the evaluation mechanism of crop variety cultivation largely depended on the number of varieties approved and registered has been obviously not suitable for practice.Based on the current crop variety examination and approval system in China,the main problems existing in the current crop variety cultivation and evaluation was analyzed,and suggestions for the current crop variety cultivation and evaluation improvement was put forward.
