摘　　要：文章简要介绍了中国(中关村)知识产权保护中心整体情况及其专利申请预审服务专利分类号,详细介绍了专利申请预审的优点、潜在风险、业务流程及工作建议,以期为办理专利申请预审业务提供参考依据。This paper briefly introduced the overall situation of China(Zhongguancun)intellectual property protection center and the patent classification of patent application pre-examination service,introduced the advantages,potential risks and business processes of patent application pre-examination in detail.And finally it provides reference for handling patent application pre-examination business.
