邓子恢有关农村人民内部矛盾问题的思考

摘　　要：继毛泽东发表《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》,公开提出社会主义建设时期人民内部矛盾这一命题之后,主管农口的中央农村工作部部长邓子恢于同一时期在多个不同场合就农村人民内部矛盾问题做了全面而详细的阐述。这些内容包含农村各个时期主要矛盾及其变化、国家与合作社之间矛盾及其解决办法、合作社内部矛盾及其解决办法、合作社与合作社之间矛盾及其解决办法等。邓子恢的初衷在于从理论层面为当时农业合作化运动过程中所遇到的各种问题寻求破解之道,从而为更好推动农业合作化运动提供丰富的理论资源和政策建议,使其能够既快又稳达成预期。邓子恢1957年有关农村人民内部矛盾问题的思考既反映了他的真知灼见,又是对毛泽东社会主义矛盾学说的引申和发展,更是中国共产党人执政经验的重要组成部分,对当下稳步推进乡村振兴战略,实现脱贫攻坚具有一定的参考价值和学术意义。Following Mao Zedong’s publication of Properly Handling Contradictions among the People and his public proposition of "contradictions among the people during socialist construction", Deng Zihui, Minister of the Rural Work Department of CPC Central Committee,gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation of "contradictions among rural people" during the same period on different occasions.Deng’s explanations include main contradictions and their changes in rural areas during various periods, contradictions between the state and cooperatives and their solutions, contradictions within cooperatives and their solutions, and contradictions among cooperatives and their solutions, etc. Deng Zihui’s original intention was to find theoretical solutions to various problems encountered during the agricultural cooperative movement provide rich theoretical resources and policy recommendations for better promotion of the movement, and ensure its stable and fast developments as was expected. Deng Zihui’s thoughts on "contradictions among rural people" in 1957 are not only a reflection of his penetrating insights, but also an extention and development of Mao Zedong’s socialist contradiction theory as well as an important component of governing experience of CPC. Deng’s thoughts have certain reference value and academic significance for the current steady promotion of rural rejuvenation strategies and the realizaiton of poverty alleviation.
