摘  要:目的:观察头部运动区电针刺激对脑瘫大鼠脑神经细胞自噬的调控作用。方法:采用脑瘫大鼠动物模型,实验分为假手术组、模型组、头部电针组,每组30只;在不同时间节点,对实验各组大鼠运用Bederson评分法进行神经功能评估,通过光、电子显微镜观察受损脑组织病理学改变及神经细胞自噬变化趋势。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组不同时间节点的运动功能评分均降低(P<0.05),神经细胞自噬明显;与模型组比较,头针组的运动功能评分在各时段均有增高,14、28 d时差异明显(P<0.05),神经细胞自噬趋势减弱。结论:头部运动区电针刺激对脑瘫大鼠脑神经细胞自噬有调控作用,并可有效减轻脑瘫脑组织损害,促进神经功能恢复。Objective:To observe the regulatory effect of Electroacupuncture(EA)in the motor area of the head on autophagy of neural cells in rats with cerebral palsy.Methods:The rats were divided into sham group,model group and scalp Electroacupuncture group,and the cerebral palsy rats were made by reformed HIE moulding method.The neurological function of rats in each group was evaluated by Bederson score at different time points.The changes of cerebral neuronal autophagy were observed by light microscope and transmissional electron microscope(TEM).Results:The motor function score in model group was lower at different time points compared with the sham group(P<0.05),and the neuronal autophagy were significant in model group.The motor function score in scalp Electroacupuncture group was higher in each period of time compared with the model group(P<0.05),there was significant difference on the 14 day and 28 day,and the trend of neuronal autophagy decreased.Conclusion:The Eelectroacupuncture(EA)in the motor area of the head could regulate neuronal autophagy,effectively reduce the brain damage of cerebral palsy and promote the rehabilitation of neurological function.
