摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)是指由于颈椎间盘、椎间关节退行性改变,累及相应节段颈神经根而出现根性压迫或刺激的相应症状和体征。神经根型颈椎病是颈椎病中最常见的类型,主要表现为颈肩及背部僵硬疼痛、项部功能活动受限、单侧或双侧上肢麻木、酸胀、疼痛等,近年发病率逐年增高。目前,中医针灸已广泛应用于神经根型颈椎病的治疗,包括传统的针刺、灸法,以及创新的特色针灸疗法,同时也结合药物、推拿、康复锻炼等方法给予综合治疗,操作较为简单,疗效广受肯定。研究分析针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病具有积极的临床价值,因此本文综述了近五年来针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究进展,以期为临床治疗该病提供参考。Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)refers to the corresponding symptoms and signs of radicular compression or irritation due to degenerative changes in the cervical intervertebral disc and intervertebral joint,involving the corresponding segment of the cervical nerve root.CSR is the most common type of cervical spondylosis.It mainly manifests as stiffness and pain of the neck,shoulder and back,restricted functional activities of the upper limbs,numbness,soreness,and pain in the upper limbs on one or both sides etc.The incidence rate of CSR has increased year by year in recent years.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is widely used in the treatment of CSR,and its operation is relatively simple,and the effect is widely recognized,which include traditional acupuncture and moxibustion,innovative special acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,and combined with drugs,massage,rehabilitation exercise and other methods for comprehensive treatment.Research and analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has positive clinical value in the treatment of CSR.Therefore,this article reviews the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of CRS in the past five years,so as to provide references for clinical treatment of the disease.
