摘 要:兰州石化460 kt/a乙烯装置自2016年大检修后开车运行期间,碳二加氢反应器一段催化剂活性下降明显。对装置这一检修周期运行数据进行统计分析,发现因飞温造成的催化剂表面结焦及大量绿油生成是造成碳二加氢催化剂活性下降的主要原因,对比上个周期,增多的乙炔、MAPD含量及进料中较多碳四组分和潜在的重金属毒物也加速了催化剂的失活,结合实际情况提出运行优化建议。Since the 460 kt/a ethylene plant at PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was started up after its overhaul in 2016,the activity of catalysts in the first stage of acetylene hydrogenation reactor has decreased significantly.Based on the statistical analysis of the operation data of the plant in this maintenance cycle,it was found that the coking on catalyst surface caused by temperature runaway and the formation of a large amount of green oil were the main reasons for the decrease in activity of acetylene hydrogenation catalyst.Compared with the previous cycle,the higher contents of acetylene and MAPD and the more C 4 components and potential heavy metal in the feed also accelerated the deactivation of catalysts.According to the actual situations,some suggestions for optimizing the operation of the plant were put forward.
