摘  要:简述采用短流程炼钢冶炼生产的含硫含铝钢工艺流程模式下如何提高钢水流动性。通过坚持电炉终点保碳出钢、连铸全保护浇铸技术,重点调整LF终点硫和铝成分、VD后喂丝线间隔时间及优化钙处理工艺,实现了连浇6炉且浇注过程中未发生钢水粘刷棒现象,钢水可浇性达到100%,钢水流动性明显提升。This paper describes how to improve the fluidity of liquid steel of sulfur and aluminum steel produced by short process steel-making.By end-point carbon preservation before tapping at EAF,full shrouded casting,emphasis is made to adjust end-point sulfur and aluminum content at LF and the interval time of wire-feeding after VD as well as the calcium treatment optimization,6 heats were continuously casted without any stopper clogging.The castability of liquid steel reached 100%,and its fluidity is obviously improved.
