摘 要:两河口水电站砂板岩骨料在粒形选择受限的情况下,计划通过适当增大最大骨料粒径,进一步积极改善级配,开展了二级配混凝土扩大粗骨料粒径一系列相关性能试验研究,并得出有效试验结果.研究将原来二级配混凝土最大粒径扩展至40~60 mm范围,通过降低骨料空隙率,减小用水量和胶凝材料用量,从而在施工性能相当的条件下,降低了水化热温升、混凝土开裂风险,降低了工程造价,同时提高了混凝土综合性能.In the case that the selection of sand slate aggregate shape for Lianghekou hydropower station is limited,it is planned to further improve the gradation by appropriately increasing the maximum aggregate particle size.Therefore a series of relevant performance tests and studies have been carried out to expand the coarse aggregate particle size in the concrete with two-graded aggregate and to draw effective test conclusions.The research extends the maximum particle size of the original two-graded aggregate concrete to a range of 40-60 mm,and by reducing the void ratio of aggregate,it reduces the water consumption and the amount of cementitious material,so as to reduce the temperature rise of hydration heat,to improve the comprehensive performance of concrete,to reduce the risk of concrete cracking and to reduce the project cost under the condition of similar construction performance.
