摘 要:目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)心气虚证与心肌细胞Ca2+浓度变化的相关性,以揭示CHD心气虚证发病的微观机制。方法:通过查阅文献寻找心肌细胞Ca2+浓度变化对CHD心气虚证发病的影响,并进行科学假说,以动物实验来验证假说的科学性与逻辑合理性。结果:心肌细胞Ca2+浓度的变化与心肌兴奋收缩藕联功能的异常、心肌损伤和动脉粥样硬化的程度密切相关。与空白组相比,模型组心肌细胞内钙离子浓度升高明显(P<0.05);与模型组相比,益气活血方高剂量组降低明显(P<0.01);益气活血方高剂量组接近于空白对照组(P>0.05)。结论:心肌细胞Ca2+浓度的升高既是CHD心气虚证发病的关键因素,又能加速其病情进展。心肌细胞Ca2+浓度的变化可以作为CHD心气虚证的评价指标之一,CHD心气虚证的证候实质在一定程度上可以用心肌细胞Ca2+浓度的变化来揭示。Objective:For investigate the correlation between heart qi deficiency syndrome of CHD and changes of myocardial Ca2+concentration.Revealing the microscopic mechanisms of the pathogenesis of heart qi deficiency syndrome of CHD.Methods:To search for the influence of myocardial Ca2+concentration on the pathogenesis of CHD with heart qi deficiency syndrome by consulting literature,and carry out scientific hypothesis,and verify the scientific and logical rationality of the hypothesis by animal experiments.Results:The change of Ca2+concentration in cardiomyocytes was closely related to the abnormality of excitation contraction coupling function,myocardial injury and the degree of atherosclerosis.Compared with the blank group,the intracellular calcium concentration of myocardial cells in the model group increased significantly(P<0.05),compared with the model group,the high-dose Yiqi Huoxue Recipe group decreased significantly(P<0.01),the high-dose Yiqi Huoxue Recipe group was close to the blank control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The increase of myocardial Ca2+concentration is not only the key factor of CHD with heart qi deficiency syndrome,but also can accelerate the progress of CHD.The change of Ca2+concentration in myocardial cells can be used as one of the evaluation indexes of heart qi deficiency syndrome of CHD.To some extent,the syndrome essence of heart qi deficiency syndrome of CHD can be revealed by the change of Ca2+concentration in myocardial cells.
