摘  要:对西藏不同居群的野生牡丹主要油脂成分进行相关分析,旨在筛选出最适宜西藏地区的油用牡丹栽培区域和栽培条件。通过气质联用色谱法(GC-MS)对拉萨、林芝和山南地区等地10个居群牡丹的混合种子进行主要脂肪酸成分分析:西藏不同居群牡丹籽油的脂肪酸主要由棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸以及α-亚麻酸等组成;牡丹籽油的不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于常见食用植物油的含量;其中居群1、居群2、居群3、居群4和居群5的不饱和脂肪酸含量(大于82%,小于92%)均低于居群6的含量(93%),而居群6的不饱和脂肪酸含量低于居群7、居群8、居群9以及居群10的含量(96%),即随着海拔的的升高各居群牡丹籽油的脂肪酸含量逐渐增多。山南地区的地理环境相比较林芝和拉萨更适合西藏油用牡丹的发展和推广。Fatty acid constituents in wild peony seed oil from different population in Xizang have been analyzed for the sake of screening the cultivation area and cultivation conditions of oil tree peony that adapt to Xizang.Upon the analysis of Fatty acid constituents in mixed seed of ten populations peony by GC-MS from Lhasa,Nyingchi and Shannan:the fatty acid in peony seed oil from different population in Xizang composed of Palmitic acid,Stearic acid,Oleic acid,Linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid;The content of unsaturated fatty acids in peony seed oil was significantly more than which in common edible oil;The content of unsaturated fatty acids was 82%~92%in peony seed oil from Nyingchi,and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 93%in peony seed oil from Lhasa;also the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 96%in peony seed oil from Shannan.It can be seen that the content of unsaturated fatty acids in peony seed oil from Lhasa was more than that from Nyingchi,but less than that from Shannan.In other words,the content of fatty acids in peony seed oil would gradually increase with the increase of altitude.So,the geographical conditions of Shannan could be more suitable for development and popularization of oil peony in Xizang than that of Linzhi and Lasa.
