摘 要:采用微波辅助碱液提取花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)壳黄酮,通过酸沉技术得到黄酮粗品。以黄酮提取得率作评价指标,利用单因素实验探索各因素对黄酮提取得率的影响,继以正交实验优化工艺参数。得到最适工艺条件:提取溶剂pH 12.0、液料比30∶1 mL/g、提取温度80℃、酸沉pH 4.0和提取时间17 min。在优化后的工艺中,黄酮提取得率达(1.113±0.010)%,纯度为(16.90±0.13)%。该工艺操作简单、便捷,可用于花生壳黄酮的提取。Flavonoids from Arachis hypogaea L.hulls were extracted by lye assisted by microwave technology and crude flavonoids were obtained by acid precipitation.Yield of flavonoids was treated as an evaluation index;single factor experiment was used to explore the effects of every factor on the yield of flavonoids;and orthogonal experiment was utilized to optimize the process parameters furtherly.Optimum process parameters were gained,i.e.,extraction solvent with pH of 12.0,liquid-solid ratio of 30∶1 mL/g,extraction temperature of 80℃,acid precipitation pH of 4.0 and extraction time of 17 minutes.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids was(1.113±0.010)%and the purity was(16.90±0.13)%.This process was easy and convenient to extract flavonoids from Arachis hypogaea L.hulls.
