基于织物图案的转杯纺多彩纱逆向设计

摘　　要：文章通过分析织物图案组织结构,计算出编织该织物及图案所需纱线色彩与各部分纱线长度,然后运用数码转杯纺成纱工艺,在线控制各有色纤维混纺比,生产出单根变色转杯纺多彩纱,并织成相应设计图案的织物,实现了由织物图案到转杯纺多彩纱的逆向设计,为相关工作提供参考。In this paper,the yarn color and corresponding length of each part of weaving the fabric and patterns were calculated by analyzing the organization and structure of the fabric.And then using digital rotor spinning,online control of blending proportion of each colored fiber,produced single color changing rotor spinning multicolor yarn and weaved the fabric with corresponding design pattern.It realized the reverse design which was from fabric patterns to rotor spinning multicolor yarn,provided references for relevant works.
