摘  要:田间试验表明,玉米播种时利用吡虫啉(高巧)600 g/L悬浮种衣剂(制剂用药量400~600 g/100 kg种子)进行种子包衣可有效防治玉米田蚜虫,防治效果为72.38%~77.00%,增产4.96%~10.50%。不同施药剂量试验结果表明,用药量400 g/100 kg种子和600 g/100 kg种子的处理与对照药剂30%噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂处理间的防治效果差异不显著(P<0.05),对玉米蚜虫均具有较好的防效。该药用于玉米蚜虫的防治,具有施用简便、持效期长、成本低、对环境影响小等优点。The objective of this study is to investigate the field trial efficacy of imidacloprid 600 g/L flowable concentrate for seed coating(FSC) on Rhopalosiphum maidis. The results showed that the control effect was 72.38% ~77.00%, with an increase of yield by 4.96% ~ 10.50% by seed-dressing treatment with 400~600 g/100 kg FSC, and there was no significant difference from Thiamethoxam 30% FSC(P<0.05). Both Imidacloprid 600 g/L FSC and Thiamethoxam 30% FSC had meaningful control efficacy against R. maidis. The results of field experiments showed that Imidacloprid 600 g/L FSC was long persistent, convenient, less cost and did not affect ecological environment when it was applied to control R. maidis.
