摘  要:使用镀铜和无镀铜焊丝焊接Q345E低合金钢,并对其焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲、显微组织分析、硬度和冲击试验,并扫描其断口形貌。结果表明:镀铜和无镀铜焊丝Q345E低合金钢焊接接头具有良好的拉伸性能和抗弯性能;无镀铜焊丝Q345E低合金钢焊接接头金相二次组织细小,粒状贝氏体较多,硬度测试结果相差不大;室温和低温冲击性能明显优于镀铜焊丝Q345E低合金钢焊接接头的。由冲击断口形貌可以看出:室温下冲击断口基本为韧性断裂,形貌为韧窝,低温下为解理断裂,有明显的解理特征。Q345 E low alloy steel was welded by copper-plated welding wire and non copper-plated welding wire.The room temperature tensile,bending,metallographic,hardness impact test of the welded joint were carried out and the fracture morphology was scanned.The results showed that Q345 E low alloy steel welded joint welded by non copper-plated welding wire had good tensile and bending properties and there were many fine-grained bainites in the secondary microstructure of Q345 E low alloy steel welded joint welded by non copper-plated welding wire,and the hardness test results were similar.The impact properties at room temperature and low temperature were significantly better than Q345 E low alloy steel welded joint welded by copper-plated welding wire.It could be seen from the impact fracture morphology that the impact fracture at room temperature was basically ductile fracture,the morphology was dimple,and the cleavage fracture at low temperature had obvious cleavage characteristics.
