某院发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的预防控制工作探讨

摘　　要：面对突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,某院发热门诊加强对新型冠状病毒肺炎病例的监测、排查和疫情处置的规范管理,为疫情的预防控制提供保障。通过分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的区域管理、职业防护、预检分诊、疾病救治、消毒工作、保障工作等方面的各种防控措施,发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控制度逐步成熟,工作流程不断完善,医务人员的个人能力得到很大提升。充分发挥发热门诊在疫情防控工作中的作用,为准确判断并鉴别新型冠状病毒肺炎病例、及时上报疑似病例、提高新型冠状病毒肺炎的救治能力等提供保障,保护医务人员的安全,实现零感染。In the face of the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019,fever clinicof a hospital gave full play to the guard role,strengthening the monitoring,checking and regulate disposal of novel coronavirus pneumonia and providing guarantee for prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019.Through analyzing various prevention and control measures of fever clinic including regional management,occupational protection,the preparative checking and dividing of diseases,disease treatment,disinfection work and security work,the prevention and control system of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in fever clinic matured gradually,the work flow improved ceaselessly and the personal ability of medical staff improved greatly.The main battlefield function of fever clinic should be given full play to prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019,providing guarantee for accurately identifying Corona Virus Disease 2019 cases,reporting suspected cases in time,improving the treatment ability of Corona Virus Disease 2019,protecting the safety of medical staff and achieving zero infection.
