化疗方式及对应的手术操作编码方法分析

摘　　要：基于国内对肿瘤化疗方式的编码要求,以中国知网检索到的化疗方式结合国内某大型三甲综合医院2018年1月1日-2018年12月31日病案首页数据,得到10种化疗方式。当前存在的10种主要化疗方式及对应编码分别是:静脉化疗99.25+附加编码(+88.77)、动脉化疗99.25+附加编码(+88.77)、采用植入式输液港进行化疗86.07、采用皮下埋植化疗泵进行化疗86.06、腹腔热灌注化疗99.25+54.97、使用化疗药物冲洗99.25、经皮经导管动脉栓塞化疗99.25+灌注术编码+(39.79或68.24或68.25)、植入化疗缓释剂进行化疗00.10、口服化疗药物(不编码)和新辅助化疗(根据具体操作方法使用编码)。Based on the domestic coding requirements for tumor chemotherapy methods,this paper uses the chemotherapy methods retrieved from CNKI,combined with the data of a large-scale top three general hospital medical record home page in January 1 to December 31,2018,to get the current 10 chemotherapy methods.Then,the corresponding coding method is obtained by interpreting the specific operation methods of each chemotherapy method.Finally,based on the research methods used and the coding results obtained,the importance of viewing ICD-9-CM-3 as a whole to improve the coding accuracy is discussed.Through this study,the main conclusions are as follows:the current 10 main chemotherapy methods and corresponding codes are:Intravenous chemotherapy 99.25+additional code(+88.77),Arterial chemotherapy 99.25+additional code(+88.77),Implantable infusion port chemotherapy 86.07,Subcutaneous implantable chemotherapy pump chemotherapy 86.06,Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy 99.25+54.97,Rinse with chemotherapy 99.25,Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization 99.25+perfusion code+(39.79 or 68.24 or 68.25),Implanting chemotherapy sustained release agent for chemotherapy 00.10,Oral chemotherapy drug(no coding)and Neoadjuvant chemotherapy(coding according to specific operation method).
