摘  要:针对90 t电弧炉炼钢现状,在原有普通超音速供氧系统技术上进行了集束供氧系统改造及工艺优化,并通过集束氧气射流喷吹实验、热态工业预试验和工业应用实践,实现了衡管90 t电弧炉炼钢集束供氧系统的稳定运行,冶金效果明显改善,平均冶炼周期缩短约7 min,渣中FeO含量降低4.71%,TFe含量降低3.66%,吨钢钢铁料消耗降低7.7 kg,炉龄增加185炉,取得了显著的经济效益。According to the production status of 90 t electric arc furnace( EAF),the coherent oxygen supplying system was equipped and the oxygen supplying process parameters were optimized based on the existing oxygen supplying system with conventional supersonic oxygen lance.The jet test experiment,the industrial trial test and the industrial application research were carried out and the industrial application results showed that the tap-to-tap time was shortened by 7 min/heat,the contents of Fe O and TFe in the molten slag were reduced by 4. 71% and3. 66%,the ferrous charges consumption was decreased by 7. 7 kg/t and the furnace life was raised by 185 heats. It can be found that the metallurgical effects have been improved significantly and remarkable economic benefits have been achieved.
