摘  要:目的探讨胎儿生长受限与脐血中甲状腺激素水平和生长激素(GH)水平的相关性。方法将80例存在胎儿生长受限的孕妇设为观察组,另选取80例同期胎儿正常发育的健康孕妇为健康组。比较2组分娩后脐血甲状腺激素水平和GH水平;胎儿出生1 h内对其进行体重测定,分析出生体重与脐血甲状腺激素水平和GH的相关性。结果观察组脐血GH、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)低于健康组,促甲状腺激素(TSH)高于健康组(均P<0.05);观察组胎儿出生体重低于健康组(P<0.05);观察组胎儿出生体重与脐血中的GH、FT3、FT4呈正相关(r=0.724,r=0.719,r=0.808,均P<0.05),与TSH呈负相关(r=-0.783,P<0.05)。结论胎儿生长受限与脐血中甲状腺激素水平和GH水平具有显著联系,胎儿生长受限与脐血中FT3、FT4、HGH、TSH有关。临床需给予针对性干预治疗,以改善胎儿生长受限情况。Objective To explore the relationship between fetal growth restriction and levels of thyroid hormone(TH)and growth hormone(GH)in cord blood.Methods Eighty pregnant women with fetal growth restriction were selected as the observation group,and 80 pregnant women with normal fetal development as the healthy group.The levels of TH and GH in cord blood were compared between the two groups.The weight of fetus was measured within 1 hour after delivery to analyze the correlation between fetal birth weight and TH and GH levels in umbilical cord blood.Results Compared with healthy group,cord blood GH,FT3 and FT4 levels and fetal birth weight decreased but thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)levels increased in observation group(P<0.05).Fetal birth weight was positively correlated with the levels of GH(r=0.724),free triiodothyronin(FT3)(r=0.719)and free thyroxine(FT4)(r=0.808),but negatively correlated with the levels of TSH(r=-0.783)(P<0.05).Conclusion Fetal growth restriction exhibits a positive correlation with FT3,FT4 and GH levels in cord blood,but a negative correlation with TSH levels.Therefore,targeted intervention should be performed to improve fetal growth restriction.
