摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺低回声小结节型乳腺病的超声声像图特点,提高对小结节型乳腺病变的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析30例患者50个乳腺小结节的二维超声诊断及彩色血流显像。结果30例患者的50个小结节经乳腺旋切微创术后病理表现为7个类型:其中纤维囊性乳腺病20个,增生性腺病10个,积乳囊肿5个,导管内乳头状瘤5个,原位癌5个,导管内乳头状瘤癌变2个,其他类型乳腺癌3个。结论超声对低回声小结节型乳腺病变有一定的声像图特征,了解该病的超声表现有利于提高对此类乳腺病变的超声诊断及鉴别诊断。Objective To explore the characteristics of ultrasound image of low echo small nodule breast disease,and to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of small nodule breast disease.Methods The two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis and color flow imaging of 50 breast nodules in 30 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 7 types′pathological findings:20 fibrocystic breast diseases,10 proliferative adenopathy,5 galactoceles,5 intraductal papillomas,5 carcinoma in situ,2 intraductal papillomas and 3 other types of breast adenocarcinoma.Conclusion Ultrasound has certain characteristics of low echo and small nodule breast lesions.Understanding the ultrasonic manifestations of this disease is helpful to improve the ultrasonic diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this kind of breast lesions.
