摘　　要：针灸研究中,对以人文方法进行的探索历来存在重视不足、研究领域边界不清的问题。基于对近30年来研究者所进行的针灸“概念”“理论”和“文献”探索成果的回顾,重点梳理其中对针灸关键概念术语辨析,针灸理论长久遗存问题的研究,使分属“针灸古今概念的溯源与理论纷争”和“针灸古代文献的考据”两个范畴的内容得以进一步明确。其中,对概念的综述,以“施治处”和“施术法”两个要素统之,对理论则分别从“脉”“穴”“针法”等角度回顾,文献研究则从经典与传世文献和出土文献两大类回溯。认为目前针灸文献理论范围内有研究成果与实际传承内容脱节的问题,应在今后的研究中受到重视。In the research of acupuncture and moxibustion,there have always been problems of insufficient attention and unclear boundaries of research fields in the exploration of humanistic methods.Based on the review of the research results of acupuncture“concepts”,“theories”and“literature”carried out by researchers in the past 30 years,it focuses on the identification and analysis of key concepts of acupuncture and moxibustion,and the long-standing problems of acupuncture and moxibustion theory.The content of the 2 categories of the tracing of the ancient and modern concepts and theoretical disputes and the textual research of ancient acupuncture and moxibustion have been further clarified.Among them,the overview of the concept is unified with the 2 elements of“treated location”and“manipulation method”,and the theory is reviewed from the perspectives of“meridian”,“acupoint”,and“acupuncture”,and the literature research is based on classics,handed down documents and unearthed documents.It is believed that there is a disconnection between the research results and the actual inherited content,which should be taken seriously in future research.
