摘  要:构建了一套混凝土细观数值模拟的前处理方法,该方法采用圆度指标来修正骨料的等效直径,同时采用该指标定义多边形骨料的粒形特征并以骨料圆度值正态分布概率密度函数来描述骨料集合的形状分布规律,基于提出的质点域方法实现骨料的投放、材料分区及网格剖分的一体化.基于该理论方法开发了混凝土二维细观模拟前处理程序,将程序生成模型与实际混凝土试件的剖面形态对比,结果表明:所生成的混凝土细观模型能准确描述混凝土骨料形态,为混凝土细观结构精确仿真分析奠定了基础.In this paper,a two-dimensional pre-processing scheme for numerical simulation of concrete on mesoscopic was proposed.In this method,roundness value was used to modify the equal diameter of the aggregate,and this roundness value was also used to define the shape feature of the aggregate and normal distribution function was used to describe the shape distribution of the aggregates.A new method called particle-domain method has been used to realize integration of aggregate delivering,material identification and mesh generation.On the base of the proposed theory and method,a two-dimensional pre-processing program for mesoscopic numerical simulation of concrete was developed and the model produced by the above program was compared with concrete specimen.The results show that the proposed method can produce accurate concrete model,which will be useful for accurate concrete simulation analysis.
