摘  要:陶瓷材料是天然或合成化合物经过成形和高温烧结制成的一类无机非金属材料,因其具有高熔点、高硬度、高耐磨性、耐氧化等优点而被广泛应用.本文采用激光雕刻机在陶瓷表面进行不同类型的微织构加工,通过化学试剂降低表面自由能后,使其表面具备超疏水性能.对制备的织构化表面进行了憎水性、液滴弹跳特性、抗结冰性、耐摩擦性能等试验.研究结果表明:经过激光雕刻方法得到的织构化陶瓷表面由亲水性变为疏水性,并且当织构的形状为方柱时疏水性能最佳.Ceramic material is a kind of inorganic non-metal materials which are made of natural or synthetic compounds by shaping and high-temperature sintering.They are widely used based on their advantages such as higher melting point,higher hardness,higher wear resistance and oxidation resistance.The surface of ceramics is processed for the different types of microtexture by the laser engraving machine.The surface has the superhydrophobic properties by using chemical reagents to reduce the free energy on the surface.In addition,the textured surface was tested through water repellency,droplet bounce characteristics,icing resistance,and friction resistance.The results show that the textured ceramic surface changes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic by the laser engraving method and the hydrophobic performance is the best when the shape of the texture is a square pillar.
