摘  要:在产能建设实践中,大港油田克服地质情况复杂、环境保护和经营管理压力大等困难,通过理念创新、技术创新和管理方法创新,摸索总结出全过程协同管控、全周期绿色行动、全维度智能物联、全要素效益决策的井丛场建设管理模式。该模式的实践效果突出,为油田提质增效推进高质量发展提供了新的思路,且具有普适可复制性,值得大范围推广。In the practice of production capacity construction,Dagang Oilfield Company overcomes the difficulties of complicated geological conditions,high pressure of environmental protection and operation&management.Through the innovation of ideas,technologies and management methods,it has explored and summarized the management mode of well cluster field construction,including whole-process collaborative control,whole-cycle green action,full-dimension intelligent smart connects,and total factor benefit decision-making.With the outstanding practical effect,it provides new ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of oilfields and promoting high-quality development,has universal reproducibility and is worthy promoting in the wide range.
