摘　　要：随着科技与经济的发展,我国的许多行业都呈现出迅速发展的势头,视频会议系统也在企事业单位被推广运用。文章设计的多媒体视频会议系统,在技术设计上采用H.323协议标准,同时利用IP网络技术与流媒体技术,使基于IP网络的H.323视频会议系统更加便捷、可靠、高效,进而实现全方位通讯会议视频功能。With the development of science and technology and economy,many industries in China show the momentum of rapid development.Video conference system also have been used widely in enterprises and institutions.The multimedia video conferencing system designed in this paper adopts the standard of H.323 protocol in the technical design,and uses IP network technology and streaming media technology to make the H.323 video conference system based on IP network more convenient,which is reliable and efficient,so as to realize omni-directional communication conference video function.
