摘　　要：农技推广服务体系作为农业科技成果转化为现实生产力的桥梁和纽带,在促进农业新技术和农业生产要素相结合、改变农业增长方式、促进农业增产和农民增收等方面具有十分重要的作用。天水市在"十三五"期间农技服务体系虽取得了一定的成绩,但还存在一定问题,现就问题进行分析并提出改进建议。The extension service system as a bridge and link to transform agricultural scientific and technological achievements into actual productivity,plays a very important role in promoting the combination of new agricultural technologies and agricultural production factors,changing the mode of agricultural growth,and promoting agricultural production and farmers'income.Although some achievements have been made in the agricultural technology service system during the 13th five-year plan period,there are still some problems.
