浅析高校图书馆工具书阅览室现状及发展策略

摘　　要：随着电子书应用领域的不断扩大和纸质图书利用率不断下滑,高校图书馆工具书阅览室面临着读者越来越少的窘状。结合高校对工具书需求现状,分析比较纸质工具书和电子工具书各自的优势,从工具书采购、图书馆员素质、工具书阅览室内设置及如何与电子工具书融合等四个方面,探讨高校图书馆工具书阅览室的发展策略。充分发挥电子工具书和纸质工具书优势,可以提升高校图书馆工具书阅览室的利用效率,更好地服务高校师生的学习和工作。With the continuous expansion of the application field of e-books and the declining utilization rate of paper books,the reference book reading room of university library is facing the predicament of fewer and fewer readers.This paper analyzes and compares the advantages of paper reference books and electronic reference books based on the current demand for reference books in colleges and universities,and discusses the development strategies of reference books reading rooms in colleges and universities from four aspects,such as the purchase of reference books,the quality of librarians,the setting of reference books reading rooms and how to integrate with electronic reference books.Giving full play to the advantages of electronic reference books and paper reference books can improve the utilization efficiency of reference books reading rooms in university libraries and better serve the study and work of teachers and students in universities.
