摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校教师队伍和管理人员的重要组成,思想政治理论课是运用马克思主义理论对大学生进行思想政治教育的关键载体,由辅导员参与思政课教学既符合思政课改革创新的建设需要,也是拓宽辅导员职业化和专业化发展的途径。辅导员参与思政课教学面临着角色观念、制度机制及专业能力等现实困境,要加强顶层规划,构建思政课教学体系;要提升辅导员的教学水平,推动思政课教学力量壮大;发挥辅导员在政治引领上的鲜明导向作用,健全思政课教学保障机制,促使其成为高校思想政治工作的强力支撑。College counselors are an important part of the faculty and management staff of colleges and universities.The ideological and political theory courses are the key carrier of applying Marxist theory to ideological and political education for college students.The participation of counselors in the ideological and political theory course teaching are in line with the construction needs of the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses and also the ways to broaden the professionalization and professional development of counselors.College counselors participating in ideological and political teaching are faced with realistic dilemmas such as role concepts,institutional mechanisms,and professional capabilities.It is necessary to strengthen top-level planning and build a teaching system for ideological and political theory courses;to improve the teaching of college counselors and promote the growth of ideological and political theory course teaching;College counselors play a clear guiding role in political leadership and improve the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political theory course teaching,making them a strong support for ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
