柔性显示屏制造过程中的废气处理分析

摘　　要：针对柔性显示屏在制造过程中产生的一般排气、普通酸性排气、蚀刻酸排气、碱性排气、剥离液碱性排气、有毒排气、有机排气,分析了针对性的处理技术,并根据各种废气污染物的特性分析了处理过程中的主要化学反应。对面板企业的废气治理提出了建议。Several waste gases generated in the flexible display screen manufacturing process include normal exhaust,ordinary or etching acidic exhaust,ordinary or stripper alkaline exhaust,poisonous exhaust,and organic exhaust,whilst their individualised treatment technologies were analysed according to the characteristics of various waste gaseous pollutants.Solutions pertaining to the control of exhausts for relevant enterprises were proposed.
