摘  要:本文选择Sol-Gel法制作了V^5+/TiO2-SiO2复合光催化剂,将该催化剂放置在预处理过的玻璃纤维布上,研究了玻璃纤维布的预处理方法、TiO2与SiO_2的复合比例、V混杂量、热处理温度、负荷次数等要素对光催化活性的作用,制造出适合处理车门空气污染净化的负载型复合光催化剂,同时选择XRD与BET技术对其构造特点实行了表征分析。选取车内木制品空气污染物甲醛为处理对象,观察甲醛起初浓度、光源、温度、湿度等外部要素对光催化净化功效的作用。In this paper,the Sol-Gel method was used to prepare a V^5+/TiO2-SiO2 composite photocatalyst.The catalyst was placed on pre-treated glass fiber cloth.The pretreatment method of glass fiber cloth and the composite ratio of TiO2 and SiO2 were studied,V-hybrid amount,heat treatment temperature,load times and other factors on the photocatalytic activity,to produce a load-type composite photocatalyst suitable for the treatment of vehicle door air pollution purification,at the same time choose XRD and BET technology to perform a characterization analysis of its structural characteristics.The air pollutant formaldehyde in the wood products in the car is the object of treatment.Observe the effect of the initial concentration of formaldehyde,light source,temperature,humidity and other external factors on the photocatalytic purification effect.The product produced in this article is used to purify the air pollution in the car to verify its effectiveness.
