自体血清对Ⅰ-Ⅱ度眼表化学性烧伤角膜愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的观察自体血清对Ⅰ-Ⅱ度眼表化学性烧伤患者角膜修复和疼痛减轻的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年3月~2019年8月收住的Ⅰ-Ⅱ度眼表化学性烧伤患者25例37眼,按照有无使用自体血清滴眼液分成常规组(A组)和自体血清治疗组(B组)。分析2组角膜修复时间和治疗前后的数字疼痛评分(NRS)。结果B组角膜上皮完全修复时间平均为5.74±1.19天,较A组7.17±1.29天明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P=0.01);治疗前两组NRS评分无统计学差异(P=0.072),治疗后B组NRS评分为2.16±0.60,较A组3.06±0.64低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论自体血清局部滴眼可有效促进Ⅰ~Ⅱ度眼表化学性烧伤患者的角膜修复并能减轻患者疼痛。Objetive To observe the effect of autologous serum in corneal epithelial healing and pain reduction after chemical burn gradedⅠtoⅡ.Methods Twenty five cases with 37 eyes which suffered from ocular chemistry injury classified gradeⅠtoⅡwere analyzed retrospectively from March 2016 to August 2019 in our hospital.According to the treatment using autologous serum eye drops or not,all patients were divided into conventional group(group A)and autologous serum treatment group(group B).The corneal healing time and digital pain score(number rating scale NRS)were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Results The mean time of recovery of corneal epithelium in group B was 5.74±1.19 days shorter than that in group A(7.17±1.29 days),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups before(P=0.072),and the NRS scores of group B were 2.16±0.60 compared with3.06±0.64 of group A,with statistically significant difference(P=0.000)after treatment.Conclusion Autologous serum eye drops can effectively accelerate the cornea healing and reduce the pains in patients with ocular chemistry injury classified gradeⅠtoⅡ.
