摘  要:随着水平井钻井工艺的不断改进,随钻测量技术在钻井现场广泛应用,为充分利用随钻实时数据资源,研发了随钻测量数据自动采集与远程实时监控系统。该系统在钻井现场自动采集不同类型随钻仪器实测的数据并进行传输,各级用户在基地通过服务端软件可对现场的实时数据及曲线进行浏览回放、数据分析、数据下载、导向模型跟踪等操作,综合判断钻具在储集层中的位置,实现轨迹设计、随钻分析、生产监控、效果评价紧密结合,完成水平井施工全过程远程监控指导,从而有效提高单井效率,降低人力资源成本。以在四川页岩气地区W 202X-X井应用情况为例,验证了该系统具有实时性强、运行稳定、轨迹预测准确、前后方协同作业的特点,为水平井导向从“一人一井”服务模式向“一人多井”的转变提供了技术保障。With the continuous improvement of horizontal well drilling technology,MWD technology is widely used in drilling site.In order to make full use of the real-time data resources while drilling,the automatic acquisition and remote real-time monitoring system of MWD data was developed.The system automatically collects and transmits the measured data of different types of LWD instruments on the drilling site.Users at all levels in the base can perform the following operations on the real-time data and curves of the site through the server software,such as browsing and playback,data analysis,data download,guided model tracking,etc.,and comprehensively judge the position of drilling tools in the reservoirs.Trajectory design,analysis while drilling,production monitoring and effect evaluation are closely combined to complete the whole process of horizontal well construction with remote monitoring guidance,so as to effectively improve the single well efficiency and reduce the cost of human resources.Based on the application of W 202X-X well in Sichuan shale gas area,it is verified that the system has the characteristics of strong real-time performance,stable operation,accurate trajectory prediction and cooperative operation between front and back parties.It provides technical support for the transformation of horizontal well guiding from"one person,one well"service mode to"one person,multiwell".
