自拟疏肝健脾汤加减对功能性消化不良病人的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨功能性消化不良病人应用自拟疏肝健脾汤加减治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年3月某院治疗的功能性消化不良患者114例,采取1∶1比例分为对照组和试验组各57例,对照组治疗以西药治疗为主,试验组治疗以自拟疏肝健脾汤加减治疗,对比分析两组患者症状总体疗效。结果:试验组与对照组症状总体疗效分别为85.96%、66.67%,试验组较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:功能性消化不良患者实施自拟疏肝健脾汤加减治疗,可显著改善患者临床症状,疗效确切。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shugan Jianpi decoction in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:114 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in a hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into control group and experimental group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Shugan Jianpi decoction,then the overall curative effect of symptoms in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The overall curative effect of symptoms in the experimental group and the control group was 85.96%and 66.67%,respectively.The experimental group was higher than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-drafting Shugan Jianpi decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia,with definite effect.
