摘　　要：冬虫夏草是我国传统名贵滋补中药材,具有提高人体免疫力、抗氧化、抗炎、抗疲劳、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等作用。然而,受诸多因素影响,天然冬虫夏草的产量难以满足人们日益增长的需求。1987年以来,国内相继研发出发酵虫草菌粉。经实验证明具有与天然冬虫夏草相似的有效成分和药理作用,其单方或复方制剂已广泛应用于临床和保健食品中,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。本文综述了近5年天然冬虫夏草与发酵虫草菌粉药理研究进展,旨在为其研究与开发提供有价值的参考。Cordyceps sinensis is one of the most valuable Chinese medicinal herbs in China,which can improve human immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,anti-fatigue,anti-aging,anti-tumor and so on.However,due to many factors,the yield of natural Cordyceps sinensis is difficult to meet the increasing demand.Since 1987,fermentative cordycepic fungal powder have been developed in China.Which has been proved to have similar active components and pharmacological effects as natural cordyceps sinensis,its unilateral or compound preparation has been widely used in clinical and health food,and has achieved certain economic and social benefits.This review summarized research progress of pharmacological effects of natural cordyceps sinensis and fermentativel cordycepic fungal powder of recent five years to provide valuable references for further research and exploitation.
