摘 要:目的:研究辅酶Q10对创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患儿心肌损伤程度及并发症的影响。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月—2018年12月就诊于我院的80例创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患儿临床资料,将40例采取常规治疗的患儿纳入对照组,40例采取常规治疗联合辅酶Q10治疗的患儿纳入观察组,对比两组患儿心电图恢复正常率、心肌损伤程度及治疗期间并发症发生情况。结果:治疗3个疗程后,观察组心电图恢复正常率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CK、CK-MB指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血早期应用辅酶Q10等营养心肌药物,对心脏具有保护作用,可以缓解心肌损伤程度,减少颅脑损伤并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of coenzyme Q10 on myocardial damage and complications in children with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of children with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage who were received by our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.40 patients with routine treatment were included in the control group,and 40 patients with routine treatment combined with coenzyme Q10 therapy were included in the observation group.The normal rate of ECG recovery,the degree of myocardial injury and the occurrence of complications during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the normal rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the indexes of creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early application of nutrient myocardial drugs such as coenzyme Q10 in children with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage has a protective effect on the heart,which can relieve the degree of myocardial injury and reduce the occurrence of craniocerebral injury complications,and is worthy of promotion.
