摘　　要：为了充分认识、科学处置公安交管政策措施类舆情,提升公安机关的社会综合治理能力,公安部道路交通安全研究中心对近年来发生的、较为典型的政策措施类舆情事件相关情况进行了梳理。本文将在政策措施类舆情的基本概念、主要特点、产生原因开展分析总结的基础上,研究提出针对性、操作性较强的防范与应对工作建议。In order to fully understand and scientifically respond to public opinion on public security traffic management policies and measures,and improve the comprehensive social governance capabilities,Research Institute for Road Safety of MPS has sorted out the more typical public opinion events related to policy measures that have occurred in recent years.Based on the analysis and summary of the basic concepts,main features,and causes of public opinion,this article will research and put forward specific and operational recommendations for prevention and response.
