摘　　要：青藏高原的草原生态文化核心就是敬畏自然、顺应自然,对自然资源适度利用;认为地球上所有生命都是平等的,具有利他精神和互助合作的精神。这些草原生态文化保证了千百年来草地资源的可持续利用,在当下对于草原生态保护和青藏高原的持续发展也具有现实指导意义。The core of the grassland ecological culture on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is to respect nature,adapt to nature,and make appropriate use of natural resources;that all life on the earth is equal,with the spirit of altruism and mutual assistance and cooperation.These grassland ecological cultures have ensured the sustainable use of grassland resources for thousands of years,and are of practical guiding significance for the protection of grassland ecology and the sustainable development of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
