摘 要:本文以某双通道超导滤波器系统为例,对系统中冷量损耗途径进行了分析,针对射频线缆传热,辐射传热等因素造成的冷量损耗问题,提出了优化方案,并通过理论计算及对比试验进行了优化效果验证。通过对冷量损耗途径分析及主要影响因素的优化,有效提升了超导滤波器系统的降温速率并降低了稳定工作状态下制冷机的功耗,为低功耗、小型化的超导滤波器系统提供了设计保障。This article took a dual-channel superconducting filter system as an example to analyze the cooling loss in the system,and focused on the cooling loss caused by factors such as RF cable heat transfer and radiant heat transfer.An optimization plan was proposed,the optimization effect was verified through theoretical calculation and comparative experiments.By optimizing the cooling loss path,the cooling rate of the superconducting filter system was effectively improved and the power consumption of the refrigerator under stable working conditions was reduced.
