摘  要:针对YBCO高温超导带材在层绕式螺线管线圈制备中的关键工艺进行了探索,确定了起始层与层间过渡的绕制方法。根据该方法设计并成功绕制了螺线管线圈,并在低温(77 K)、自场下进行性能测试,测试结果与设计值对比分析表明:YBCO磁体线圈性能符合预期,层绕式绕制工艺稳定可靠,对于高温超导层绕式磁体的设计和应用具有一定的参考意义。The key technology in the preparation of layer-wound magnet coils using the YBCO high temperature superconducting tape was explored,the winding method of the initial layer and the transition between layers was determined.Layer-wound solenoid coils were designed and successfully wound using this method,and its performance was tested at 77 K in self-field.The analysis of test results and design values shows that the coil performance meets expectation and the method is proved stable and reliable,and it has certain reference significance for the design and application of HTS layer-wound magnets.
