摘  要:为了实现滤波器的小型化,在平面微带圆环形谐振结构中添加微扰结构,分析微扰结构对谐振器双模工作方式的影响。研究表明,短路微扰结构可以激发双模的分离程度,改变通带宽度;开路微扰结构可以调节通带的中心频率位置,增加设计的灵活性。通过HFSS仿真,结果显示该滤波器的中心频率为4.9 GHz,3 dB通带宽度为0.53 GHz,带内插入损耗S21和回波损耗S11分别优于-0.94 dB和-28.3 dB,分数带宽为11%,整体性能较好,且实测结果与仿真结果相吻合。In order to realize the miniaturization of the filter,a perturbation structure is added to the planar microstrip circular ring resonator structure,and the influence of the perturbation structure is analyzed on the dual-mode operation of the resonator.Research shows that the short-circuit perturbation structure can excite the degree of separation of the dual modes and change the passband width;the open-circuit perturbation structure can adjust the center frequency position of the passband,which increases the design flexibility.Through HFSS simulation,the center frequency of the filter is 4.9 GHz,the passband width of 3 dB is 0.53 GHz,the in-band insertion loss S21 is better than-0.94 dB,and the return loss S11 is better than-28.3 dB,the fractional bandwidth is 11%,and the overall performance is better.The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
