摘　　要：习近平不忘初心、牢记使命的“初心论”是在国情、党情、世情正发生深刻变化的时代背景下提出的。中国共产党自成立之日起就明确了自身的初心与使命,随着中国社会的发展演进,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,“初心论”具有了更加丰富的时代内涵和价值指向。人民性是其根本特征,继承性是其基本特征,系统性是其科学特征,实践性是其显性特征。“初心论”的提出是对马克思主义政党理论和中国共产党近百年来党的宗旨的继承与发展,激励着全党为人民谋幸福、为民族谋复兴、为世界谋大同。Xi Jinping’s“Original Aspiration”theory of staying true to the original aspiration and keeping the mission firmly in mind was put forward under the background of the profound development and changes of condition of China,the Communist Party of China and the world.Since its founding,the CPC has made clear its original aspiration and mission.With the development and evolution of China’s society,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Affinity to the people is its fundamental feature,inheritance is its basic feature,systematicness is its scientific feature,and practice is its dominant feature.The“Original Aspiration”theory is an inheritance to the Marxist Party theory,and it is also an inheritance and development of the CPC’s near 100-year mission.It motivates the whole Party to work for the happiness of the people,to revitalize the nation,and to achieve the common goals of the world.
