摘　　要：通过对10家橡胶企业清洁生产审核为例,分析橡胶企业存在通用的能耗、水耗、物耗高原因,从实施的一系列清洁生产方案中选取值得推广的10个清洁生产方案进行着重介绍,包括橡胶生产试验改造、压延出片冷却自动化改造、开炼机自动翻料改造等改造方案,为橡胶行业实施清洁生产提供了参考依据。Through the cleaner production audit of 10 rubber enterprises as an example,this paper analyzes the common causes of high energy consumption,water consumption and material consumption in rubber enterprises,and introduces emphatically 10 cleaner production schemes worthy of promotion from a series of cleaner production schemes implemented,including rubber production test transformation,rolling out sheet cooling automation transformation,opening mill automatic turning over transformation and other transformation schemes.It provides a reference for the implementation of cleaner production in rubber industry.
